Hi, I’m Jhonny (Bing Bai), a DevOps Engineer who loves building reliable systems and practical tools that make teams move faster. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve worked across multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, monitoring and alerting, automation, and internal platform development. I’m especially good at keeping complex systems stable, improving observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager, and building simple but useful platforms with Go, Python, Java, and Vue. I enjoy solving real infrastructure problems, reducing costs, improving security, and turning messy manual work into smooth automated workflows. I’m currently exploring best practices for applying AI in DevOps, with a particular interest in automation, observability, and improving operational workflows. Outside of tech, I enjoy listening to music and staying inspired by new ideas.
